Join Naara Bahler and sound artist Eric Rüeger for a meditative, performative event exploring Bahler’s reflections on the question “Have we forgotten how to look at Mother Earth?” Through live sound and an immersive exhibition setting, this unique collaboration invites visitors to pause, reflect, and engage in a dialogue between visual art and sound. The performance will be live-streamed by Lumpen Station.

Eric Rüeger is a Biel-based sound artist. He accompanies musical lectures, deploys sound in installations and performs with his electronic music duo E&A Rüeger or in solo concerts since 2016. For him, sound composition has a powerful eHect on the emotions, and he sees this medium as a way of creating universes, a kind of small space of one’s own. Through his sound pieces, he attempts to poetically tell ordinary stories, using Field Recording in particular, which he is particularly fond of. During his studies in forestry science, he also discovered the use of sound in research through bioacoustics, which links these two universes that are so dear to him.
